E-Gift Cards Terms of Use
HOW DO I GIFT AN E-GIFT CARD?
To give the gift of an E-Gift card, simply navigate to this page, enter the recipient information and choose the dollar value of the card. The card will be added to your aesop.ca cart and you can proceed to checkout. Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email that they have been gifted an E-Gift card to aesop.ca with instructions on how to redeem towards their future purchases.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY E-GIFT CARD. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?
Please check your email inbox (including your junk or spam folder), for your digital gift card. If you are unable to locate it, contact our Customer Service team with the date of purchase, the recipient’s full name and email address, your full name and email address and the Gift Card value. Our team will then investigate and assist you further.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY E-GIFT CARD ON AESOP.CA?
E-Gift Cards can be used as a form of payment for purchases on aesop.ca. E-Gift Cards are not entered in the “promo code” field. To redeem your E-Gift Card, enter the 19 digit E-Gift Card number and 4 digit PIN at checkout. Any remaining balance on your E-Gift Card can be used on future aesop.ca purchases.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM MY E-GIFT CARD?
Aesop E-Gift Cards can be redeemed for the stated value online at aesop.ca or in an Aesop Signature store in Canada only. They cannot be refunded or transferred to another recipient.
CAN I SPLIT A PAYMENT BETWEEN AN E-GIFT CARD AND A CREDIT CARD?
Yes, split payments are allowed with E-Gift cards. The E-Gift card amount will apply first, and if there’s a remaining balance, you can pay it with a credit card.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER MADE WITH AN E-GIFT CARD?
Yes. Once your purchase is returned, a new E-Gift card will be triggered and emailed to you with a new gift card number and PIN number.
HOW DO I FIND MY E-GIFT CARD BALANCE?
Simply click here, and you will be able to check your balance. Please note: E-Gift card balances are not updated until an order made with the card has shipped.
DO AESOP.CA E-GIFT CARDS EVER EXPIRE OR DEPRECIATE?
Our E-Gift cards never depreciate in value. The E-Gift Cards do not expire when purchased on the Aesop Canada website. Click here to read our Terms & Conditions.

Use of this card constitutes acceptance of the following terms. Redeemable for goods or services at Aesop stores in Canada or on Aesop.ca. Not valid in the USA, Puerto Rico, department stores, stores in airports, or other travel concessions. Card may be used multiple times until the value is fully depleted. Not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Card does not expire and there are no fees associated with its use.
