Gift services

If your online order is intended as a gift, please select 'Gift options' at checkout. You will have the option to also include a gift message.

For Click and Collect orders intended for gifting, we will provide your order in a complimentary Aesop cotton bag.

To have individual items gift-wrapped, please place separate online orders.

Aesop digital gift cards can be redeemed for the stated value online at aesop.ca or in an Aesop Signature store in Canada only. They cannot be refunded or transferred to another recipient.

Digital gift cards do not expire.

How to use your digital gift card:

Digital gift cards are not entered in the “promo code” field, but later during the checkout process. Once you reach the payment method step, you can enter your digital gift card details by selecting “Gift card.”

Enter the gift card number, followed by the PIN.*

*If you have a physical card, your 4-digit PIN is located on the back of your gift card next to the barcode. If you received your gift card via email, it is listed beneath your voucher number in the email.
